In Italian houses for over 75 years
Foppapedretti was created from the passion of its founder, Ezio Foppa Pedretti, for wood. The adventure began back in 1946 in Telgate (Bergamo), where young Ezio delighted in making toys from the offcuts of his uncle’s carpentry workshop. The manufacturing and commercial debut for FOPPAPEDRETTI was linked directly to the production of these toys for children. In the late Fifties the first items for early childhood were created: the first highchair, cots, changing stations. Then, in the Eighties, garden furniture and household products were introduced. From the early 2000s, the launch of the Technology line, which includes a wide range of non-wooden baby products: strollers, travel systems, car seats, bouncers, the innovative AngelCare baby monitor. The watchwords are always safety, functionality and innovation. Without forgetting ecology: the wood is FSC certified and the factories, all in Italy, are at the forefront from an environmental point of view.
