Nuna is proud to announce the launch of PIPA urbn, an infant car seat with integrated base that changes the way families travel by offering safety, attractive design, certified materials and ease of use in a unique product.

PIPA urbn is lightweight: it weighs only 3.3 kg* and is installed with an innovative ISOFIX system integrated into the seat that does not require an external base. This system allows super-secure installation** in seconds when changing from car to taxi to car sharing, offering parents a new dimension in travel.

PIPA urbn also has a quick release system from the pram and vehicle that can be activated with one hand, making it perfect for dynamic modern life.

The seat also features Nuna’s iconic Dream drape™ for maximum privacy for the child.

The PIPA urbn features a 3-point harness with comfortable shoulder padding and a lower buckle that can be tightened simply by pulling it. In addition, it has side impact protection (SIP) for maximum safety of the child.

The lightweight and resilient Aeroflex™ foam minimises the force transferred to the child by absorbing and diffusing the energy of any impact.

Elegant faux leather carry handle for a more secure grip

The PIPA urbn also has a luxurious faux leather carry handle for a more secure grip and features Nuna’s signature Dream drape™ that pulls out of the seat canopy to give your child maximum privacy in quiet moments. The UPF 50+ full-coverage canopy also features an XL window.

The headrest and body insert are made of environmentally friendly merino wool and a blend of Tencel™* lyocell fibres: a soft, naturally moisture-controlling, environmentally friendly fabric. l

From the fabric to the inner foam, every material in PIPA urbn is carefully selected to be naturally flame-retardant and contain no added harmful chemicals.

PIPA urbn has been awarded GREENGUARD Gold certification.

The GREENGUARD Gold certification certifies that the product has been rigorously tested to ensure that it does not release harmful chemicals or volatile organic compounds into the air breathed by the child.
PIPA urbn is available from March in Italy at the Nuna concept shop in Florence and in all the brand’s retail shops in two iconic colours, Caviar and Granite.

Caviar is a luxurious and sophisticated shade of night black Granite is a sober and elegant shade of grey, fresh and relaxing.
