TOYS MILANO PLUS, knows how human contact is important also in digital fair. For this reason it focuses on individuals and its needs, launching the new “Concierge Service”.
Concierge Service, directly managed by our Staff, without using Auto Reply algorithms, makes TOYS MILANO PLUS a tailor-made experience.
Concierge Service provide:
- Helpdesk service before and during the days of the digital fair;
- Matchmaking service: creation of customized meeting calendar based on companies and certified buyers needs;
- Tools: WhatsApp chat, dedicated e-mail.
The service is available from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 AM to 12.30 PM and from 2.00 PM to 5.30 PM
